@repmoskowitz.bsky.social and I have introduced the Emergency in Preparedness in Higher Education Act. This bill establishes a $100 Million FEMA grant for higher ed institutions to strengthen emergency response, disaster planning, and prepare facilities for weather emergencies or other crises.
